We act as Independent Tunnelling Experts on projects that are having major technical difficulties and where the clients are looking for a second opinion.

Unfortunately, in the construction industry there is still a disproportionately high frequency of dispute occurrences between the various parties involved.

The disputed subject matter is often complex and rarely black and white form a legal perspective.

We continue to be involved in the preparation of Expert Opinions and Reports, which in some instances may culminate in assisting our clients in an actual litigation process. Our support is of a technical nature and can also form part of a Dispute Resolution process, should litigation not in the parties interest.
